Beauty and the Bee I love this small paintingFrom my book Atmospheric Flowers in Watercolour Bees are important to the planet in the same way that world peace is. In this troubled time, nature reminds us of the beauty in life. I particularly love this painting as the upper bees remind me of my Chinese mentor who taught me to meditate as I painted. Finding my inner calm when I needed it. A creative process I now use regularly and I will always be grateful to them for their wisdom and teaching.
